Invent\u00e1rio Patrimonial 2022<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Senhores Diretores\/Coordenadores,<\/p>\n

Estamos iniciando o processo de Invent\u00e1rio Patrimonial de 2022.<\/p>\n

O invent\u00e1rio f\u00edsico, de acordo com a Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00ba 205\/88, \u00e9 o instrumento de controle para a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos equipamentos e materiais permanentes, em uso no \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade, que ir\u00e1 permitir, dentre outros:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a)<\/strong> O levantamento da situa\u00e7\u00e3o dos equipamentos e materiais permanentes em uso e das suas necessidades de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o, reparos e desfazimento;<\/li>\n
  2. b)<\/strong> A constata\u00e7\u00e3o de que o bem m\u00f3vel n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio naquela unidade e sua movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o para outra unidade que esteja necessitando;<\/li>\n
  3. c)<\/strong> Confirmar as responsabilidades pela guarda dos bens patrimoniais.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Ressaltamos a grande import\u00e2ncia deste trabalho, pois o zelo pelo patrim\u00f4nio p\u00fablico n\u00e3o \u00e9 responsabilidade apenas da Se\u00e7\u00e3o de Patrim\u00f4nio ou da Comiss\u00e3o de Invent\u00e1rio \u2013 \u00e9 responsabilidade de todos os servidores p\u00fablicos e as san\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas est\u00e3o previstas em lei.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Dessa forma, todos os setores da institui\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e3o enviar, dentro do prazo estipulado pela PROAD, seu invent\u00e1rio setorial em conformidade com as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es contidas no Manual de Invent\u00e1rio.<\/strong><\/p>\n
