Os fornecedores\u00a0<b>dever\u00e3o adquirir certificado digital para participar das licita\u00e7\u00f5es<\/b>.<\/div>\n<div>Os dados cadastrais dos fornecedores ser\u00e3o obtidos a partir de outras bases de governo. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es complementares dever\u00e3o ser preenchidas e os documentos de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o inseridos no sistema. A autentica\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 realizada no Portal Brasil Cidad\u00e3o (<a href=\"https:\/\/scp.brasilcidadao.gov.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/scp.brasilcidadao.gov.br<\/a>), utilizando certificado digital (e-CPF).
