SIPAC 314-2018_PROGEP_POP_P\/ DISPENS.PDF<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">T\u00edtulo: UNIFORMIZA\u00c7\u00c3O DOS PROCEDIMENTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS PARA DISPENSA DO SERVI\u00c7O<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Prezados Servidores,<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Com vistas a uniformizar os procedimentos administrativos para:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Dispensa do servi\u00e7o, em virtude dos dias laborados mediante convoca\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o de Consulta Pr\u00e9via para a escolha do Reitor e Vice-Reitor desta Universidade, quadri\u00eanio 2018-2022 de que tratam o artigo 42, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 12\/2018-CONSU\/UNIFAP e o Ato Complementar &#8211; CCP 02\/2018, de 15\/05\/2018;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Dispensa do servi\u00e7o, em virtude dos dias laborados mediante convoca\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral fundamentada no artigo 98, caput, da Lei n\u00b0 9.504\/97;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Solicitamos<\/strong>\u00a0que os pedidos de dispensa do servi\u00e7o sejam realizados\u00a0<strong>EXCLUSIVAMENTE<\/strong>\u00a0via\u00a0<strong>PROCESSO,<\/strong>\u00a0autuado na unidade em que o servidor desenvolve suas atividades laborais, com a devida ci\u00eancia da chefia imediata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Ressaltamos<\/strong>\u00a0que as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es feitas via Memorando Eletr\u00f4nico ou Documento ser\u00e3o\u00a0<strong>devolvidos\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e0 origem para adequa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s orienta\u00e7\u00f5es contidas neste Memorando.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2018\/10\/23 09:07 &#8211; Memo.
