documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o oficial com filia\u00e7\u00e3o do requerente;<\/p>\n<p>d) irm\u00e3\/irm\u00e3o &#8211; documento de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o oficial com filia\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p>e) c\u00f4njuge &#8211; certid\u00e3o de casamento\/uni\u00e3o est\u00e1vel;<\/p>\n<p>f) companheira\/companheiro &#8211; documento oficial de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e rol de documentos de companheiro do aux\u00edlio funeral;
