A prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser solicitada at\u00e9 02&nbsp;dias \u00fateis&nbsp;ap\u00f3s o nascimento ou ado\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Como solicitar:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Abrir processo no Eletr\u00f4nico contendo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/drh\/files\/2010\/04\/REQUERIMENTO-LICEN%C3%87A-PATERNIDADE-E-PRORROGA%C3%87%C3%83O.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Requerimento&nbsp;de Licen\u00e7a Paternidade&nbsp;e Prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/a><\/span> solicitando a referida licen\u00e7a;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>C\u00f3pia autenticada ou conferida com a original da Certid\u00e3o de Nascimento ou documento comprobat\u00f3rio da ado\u00e7\u00e3o ou guarda judicial.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o b\u00e1sica:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>&nbsp;Lei n\u00ba 8.112, de 11 de dezembro de 1990 (Art. 208)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2015-2018\/2016\/decreto\/D8737.htm\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Decreto N\u00ba&nbsp;8.737, de&nbsp;03 de Maio de 2016.<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DEFINI\u00c7\u00c3O \u00c9 o afastamento&nbsp;remunerado do servidor pelo prazo de 05 dias consecutivos, contados da data do nascimento ou ado\u00e7\u00e3o de filhos.
