O hor\u00e1rio especial n\u00e3o o exime do cumprimento da jornada de trabalho a que est\u00e1 sujeito, devendo, portanto, haver compensa\u00e7\u00e3o das horas de aus\u00eancia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/drh\/files\/2010\/04\/Formul%C3%A1rio-de-Hor%C3%A1rio-Especial-para-Estudante.pdf\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Formul\u00e1rio<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Como solicitar:<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Criar processo eletr\u00f4nico no SIPAC contendo:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/drh\/files\/2010\/04\/Formul%C3%A1rio-de-Hor%C3%A1rio-Especial-para-Estudante.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Formul\u00e1rio<\/a> e documentos comprobat\u00f3rios (ver Ordem de <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/drh\/files\/2017\/01\/ORDEM-DE-SERVI%C3%87O-N%C2%BA-003-PROGEP-HORARIO-ESPECIAL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Servi\u00e7o n\u00ba 003\/2016-PROGEP<\/a>)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O processo eletr\u00f4nico deve ser encaminhado a Secretaria da Progep \u2013 SEPROGEP<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong> Art. 98, \u00a7 1\u00ba, da Lei n\u00ba 8.112, de 11\/12\/90, com altera\u00e7\u00f5es dadas pela Lei n\u00ba 9.527 \/97;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/drh\/files\/2017\/01\/ORDEM-DE-SERVI%C3%87O-N%C2%BA-003-PROGEP-HORARIO-ESPECIAL.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Ordem de Servi\u00e7o 003\/2016-PROGEP<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DEFINI\u00c7\u00c3O A concess\u00e3o de hor\u00e1rio especial para servidor estudante, quando comprovada a incompatibilidade de hor\u00e1rio entre o hor\u00e1rio escolar e a do trabalho, matriculado em ensino fundamental, m\u00e9dio ou superior.
