&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms, sans-serif;font-size: large\">a) Seja preenchido o <strong>Requerimento de Contagem de <span class=\"il\">Cr\u00e9dito<\/span> de Disciplina<\/strong>, da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Curso de Bacharelado em Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, dispon\u00edvel em: &lt;<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/administracao\/requerimentos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/administracao\/requerimentos\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1709254742572000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1-HBe0Z4aclp0yAwi3Utj2\">https:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/administracao\/requerimentos\/<\/a>&gt;, e seja apresentado de forma online por e-mail ( administracao@unifap.br ) ou de forma presencial na sala da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Curso de Bacharelado em Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, junto dos seguintes documentos:<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms, sans-serif;font-size: large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; b) O <strong>Hist\u00f3rico Acad\u00eamico da outra gradua\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> que a disciplina foi cursada, onde conste a pontua\u00e7\u00e3o obtida,<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms, sans-serif;font-size: large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; c) A <strong>Ementa da Disciplina da outra gradua\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> que se pretende que seja creditada no Curso de Bacharelado em Administra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms, sans-serif;font-size: large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Esses tr\u00eas documentos ser\u00e3o encaminhados da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Curso para o\/a docente respons\u00e1vel pela disciplina que se quer o <span class=\"il\">cr\u00e9dito<\/span>, o\/a qual analisar\u00e1 a similaridade entre os conte\u00fados program\u00e1ticos e carga hor\u00e1ria das duas disciplinas, da outra gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e a do Curso de Bacharelado em Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da UNIFAP.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms, sans-serif;font-size: large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Caso o\/a docente concorde com o DEFERIMENTO, o pedido \u00e9 enviado para o DERCA\/UNIFAP registrar no Hist\u00f3rico Acad\u00eamico do\/a requerente.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms, sans-serif;font-size: large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; O Requerimento e os documentos ser\u00e3o encaminhados da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do Curso de Bacharelado em Administra\u00e7\u00e3o para o DERCA\/UNIFAP analisar a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms, sans-serif;font-size: large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da cerim\u00f4nia de cola\u00e7\u00e3o de grau e a emiss\u00e3o do Diploma \u00e9 de responsabilidade do DERCA\/UNIFAP.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif;font-size: large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; A participa\u00e7\u00e3o de aluno\/a no evento de cola\u00e7\u00e3o de grau \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria, conforme a Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Federal.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms, sans-serif;font-size: large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; No caso da impossibilidade de comparecimento, poder\u00e1 ser nomeado, em cart\u00f3rio, uma pessoa para representar pessoalmente no evento, por meio de uma procura\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica para esse fim. Na procura\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1 constar tamb\u00e9m a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para o\/a representante tamb\u00e9m receber e retirar o diploma e hist\u00f3rico escolar da gradua\u00e7\u00e3o. Cabe relatar que a procura\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser entregue no DERCA antes da ocorr\u00eancia do evento da cola\u00e7\u00e3o, a fim de possibilitar a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa documental por parte do DERCA. Caso a procura\u00e7\u00e3o seja apresentada em cima da hora do evento, por motivo administrativo e com base em justificativa jur\u00eddica, o DERCA pode n\u00e3o autorizar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o e entrega do Diploma e Hist\u00f3rico.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms, sans-serif;font-size: large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; No caso de ocorrer a aus\u00eancia na data e local agendado da cola\u00e7\u00e3o de grau, e tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o haver nenhum\/a representante nomeado\/a por procura\u00e7\u00e3o, h\u00e1 duas op\u00e7\u00f5es:&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: comic sans ms, sans-serif;font-size: large\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <strong>a) colar grau em <span class=\"il\">gabinete<\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; neste caso \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio uma justificativa documental por motivo de emprego ou assumir cargo p\u00fablico ou por motivo de sa\u00fade, com documento comprobat\u00f3rio. Na cola\u00e7\u00e3o de grau em&nbsp;<span class=\"il\">gabinete<\/span>, o\/a aluno\/a apenas comparece no DERCA e o Diretor do DERCA comanda o ritual de cola\u00e7\u00e3o de grau na entrada do DERCA.
