<strong>segunda chamada<\/strong> nos casos previstos abaixo, desde que comprove adequadamente o motivo da aus\u00eancia na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o original:<\/p>\r\n\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li><strong>\ud83e\ude7a Doen\u00e7a<\/strong> \u2013 Mediante apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de atestado m\u00e9dico.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>\ud83e\udd31 Licen\u00e7a Maternidade ou Paternidade<\/strong> \u2013 Comprovada por atestado m\u00e9dico ou certid\u00e3o de nascimento da crian\u00e7a.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>\u2708\ufe0f Viagem Imperiosa<\/strong> \u2013 Por motivos particulares ou profissionais, comprovada com bilhete de passagem ou declara\u00e7\u00e3o assinada pelo chefe imediato.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>\u2696\ufe0f Ordem Judicial ou Militar<\/strong> \u2013 Mediante apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do termo de convoca\u00e7\u00e3o assinado por autoridade competente.<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>\ud83c\udf93 Participa\u00e7\u00e3o em Evento<\/strong> \u2013 Cient\u00edfico, encaminhar um <strong>e-mail de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de segunda chamada<\/strong> \u00e0 coordena\u00e7\u00e3o do curso em at\u00e9 <strong>5 (cinco) dias \u00fateis<\/strong> ap\u00f3s a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o perdida.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>O e-mail deve conter obrigatoriamente as seguintes informa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li>Nome completo do estudante;<\/li>\r\n      <li>N\u00famero de matr\u00edcula;<\/li>\r\n      <li>Curso (Licenciatura ou Bacharelado);<\/li>\r\n      <li>Nome e c\u00f3digo da disciplina;<\/li>\r\n      <li>Nome e e-mail do docente respons\u00e1vel;<\/li>\r\n      <li>Data da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o perdida;<\/li>\r\n      <li>Justificativa da aus\u00eancia;<\/li>\r\n      <li>Documento comprobat\u00f3rio em
