As nanoc\u00e1psulas carregadas com CO (CO-NC) foram preparadas pelo m\u00e9todo de nanoprecipita\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edmero, enquanto os filmes compostos foram produzidos pelo m\u00e9todo <em>casting<\/em>. A superf\u00edcie dos filmes foi avaliada por microscopia de for\u00e7a at\u00f4mica (AFM) e microscopia eletr\u00f4nica de varredura (SEM). A molhabilidade e a ades\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m foram investigadas medindo o \u00e2ngulo de contato e o AFM. Os resultados sugeriram que a superf\u00edcie do filme contendo CO-NC apresentou caracter\u00edsticas que favorecem as intera\u00e7\u00f5es de interface em nanoescala. Al\u00e9m disso, este filme mostrou maior intera\u00e7\u00e3o com a \u00e1gua e for\u00e7a de ades\u00e3o superior quando comparado aos filmes controle e quitosana carregados com CO.
