O Corregedor Titular da Universidade Federal do Amap\u00e1 (Unifap), professor Besaliel Rodrigues, docente efetivo pertencente ao Colegiado do Curso de Direito e integrante do Programa de Doutorado em Direito da citada institui\u00e7\u00e3o, nomeado no m\u00eas de abril do ano passado por meio da Portaria Unifap n\u00ba 0806\/2023, pediu exonera\u00e7\u00e3o do cargo a contar do dia 15 de junho de 2024.
\nO referido professor se afastar\u00e1 do cargo em virtude do pedido de afastamento para capacita\u00e7\u00e3o pelo prazo de um ano da Universidade para se dedicar \u00e0 elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de sua tese de doutorado em Direito, curso que est\u00e1 sendo desenvolvido por meio de um DINTER (Doutorado Interinstitucional) firmado entre a Unifap e a UFRJ (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro).
