Foram implementadas no sistema SMITT duas nova atividades, que est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis para serem cadastradas nos Planos de Trabalho Individuais dos servidores.<\/p>\n

O coordeador(a) do PGD da unidade dever\u00e1 acessar o sistema SMITT, ir at\u00e9 o Programa de Gest\u00e3o da unidade>Ver Planos de Trabalho> Editar>Atividades.<\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s inserir as duas novas atividades nos respectivos planos de trabalhos individuais, por se tratar de uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o no PTI, o sistema ir\u00e1 solicitar a assinatura novamente do termo de responsabilidade, ap\u00f3s ambos preencherem os campos e assinarem (chefia e servidor) as duas novas atividades estar\u00e3o habilitadas.<\/p>\n

Servidores com f\u00e9rias marcadas: Dever\u00e3o registrar a entrega na atividade F\u00e9rias (8.112\/90) e registrar as horas em teletrabalho.<\/p>\n

Parcela de 10 dias de f\u00e9rias: 8h x 10 = 80h<\/p>\n

Parcela de 15 dias de f\u00e9rias: 8h x 15 = 120h<\/p>\n

Parcela de 30 dias de f\u00e9rias: 8h x 30 = 240h<\/p>\n

As licen\u00e7as consideradas de efetivo exerc\u00edcio dever\u00e3o multiplicar os dias por 8h e registrar as horas em teletrabalho.<\/p>\n
