\nForam explanados aspectos de acesso ao sistema, cadastro de usu\u00e1rios e tarefas, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das entregas, consulta de relat\u00f3rios e dados estat\u00edsticos, modalidades de trabalho, al\u00e9m de aspetos espec\u00edficos que foram objeto de perguntas e respostas no decorrer a live-treinamento.
\nA fase piloto do Programa de Gest\u00e3o na UNIFAP teve in\u00edcio com a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do Memorando Circular n\u00ba. 164\/2022-PROGEP, que trouxe orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o procedimento de abertura do processo para ades\u00e3o ao Programa de Gest\u00e3o, os processos protocolados estavam sob an\u00e1lise da Comiss\u00e3o Permanente do Programa de Gest\u00e3o que, ap\u00f3s o treinamento no sistema SMITT foram liberados para seguir o fluxo previsto no memorando circular n\u00ba. 164\/2022-PROGEP.
\nCom a publica\u00e7\u00e3o da recente Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SGP-SEGES _ME n\u00ba. 2, de 10 de janeiro de 2023, at\u00e9 que seja expedido o normativo federal no prazo de 90 dias da publica\u00e7\u00e3o da IN, novos Programas de Gest\u00e3o e Desempenho poder\u00e3o ser implementados pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades, nos termos do Decreto n\u00ba 11.072, de 2022.<\/p>\n
A Comiss\u00e3o trabalhou nos ajustes necess\u00e1rios para adequar os procedimentos operacionais e no SMITT ao Decreto n\u00ba 11.072, de 2022, para n\u00e3o perder o fluxo dos trabalhos j\u00e1 desenvolvidos at\u00e9 o momento e para garantir o in\u00edcio do Programa de Gest\u00e3o nas Unidades Administrativas. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
