Atualmente oferecemos as tr\u00eas principais refei\u00e7\u00f5es (Desjejum, Almo\u00e7o e Jantar) aos acad\u00eamicos, corpo docente, t\u00e9cnicos administrativos, terceirizados e visitantes da UNIFAP, totalizando uma m\u00e9dia de 2.000 refei\u00e7\u00f5es\/dia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A constante preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o de um atendimento de excel\u00eancia tem levado o <b>Restaurante Universit\u00e1rio<\/b> a constantes mudan\u00e7as, passando no decorrer desses anos por algumas reformas com intuito de adequa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, al\u00e9m de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos, modifica\u00e7\u00e3o do card\u00e1pio, contrata\u00e7\u00e3o e treinamento de pessoal, moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os com a informatiza\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de vendagem dos cupons de refei\u00e7\u00e3o, monitoramento de coleta de amostras e controle de temperatura de produtos prontos, ou seja, fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de maneira ininterrupta de todo o processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, desde a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o dos g\u00eaneros aliment\u00edcios at\u00e9 o fornecimento de refei\u00e7\u00f5es ao consumidor final.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Grandes conquistas aconteceram ao longo desses 06 anos e com o esfor\u00e7o e dedica\u00e7\u00e3o da equipe de trabalho e apoio da administra\u00e7\u00e3o superior, com certeza, outras vir\u00e3o em prol do melhor atendimento \u00e0 comunidade universit\u00e1ria, oferecendo uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade e principalmente dentro das normas de seguran\u00e7a alimentar e nutricional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abaixo segue o manual de funcionamento do Restaurante Universit\u00e1rio &#8211; UNIFAP para consulta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/dace\/files\/2025\/09\/Cartilha-de-orientacao-de-uso-RU.UNIFAP.pdf\">Cartilha de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de uso RU.UNIFAP<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><b>2. CONHECENDO AS POLITICAS PUBLICAS ADOTADAS PELO RU<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">O <b>Restaurante Universit\u00e1rio<\/b> segue os princ\u00edpios da Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o (PNAN), que tem como prop\u00f3sito a melhoria das condi\u00e7\u00f5es de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, nutri\u00e7\u00e3o e sa\u00fade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira, mediante a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas alimentares adequadas e saud\u00e1veis, articulando pol\u00edtica, \u00e9tica e sustentabilidade na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de refei\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/dace\/files\/2022\/07\/RU-.gif\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5400\" src=\"http:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/dace\/files\/2022\/07\/RU-.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1238\" height=\"57\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><b>7. DA RECARGA DE REFEI\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A recarga de refei\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 realizada exclusivamente nos caixas da administra\u00e7\u00e3o do RU\/UNIFAP, mediante opera\u00e7\u00e3o do pr\u00f3prio usu\u00e1rio com a\u00a0 inser\u00e7\u00e3o do seu CPF no Sistema Integrado de Gest\u00e3o de Atividades Acad\u00eamicas &#8211; SIGAA e posterior pagamento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As recargas poder\u00e3o ser realizadas no quantitativo desejado, sem que que haja prazo de validade para utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o (PARCIAL e INTEGRAL).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><b>9. DO HOR\u00c1RIO\u00a0<b>PARA RECARGA DE REFEI\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A recarga de refei\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 realizada, ininterruptamente, no hor\u00e1rio de 07h \u00e0s 19h30min.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><b style=\"line-height: 1.5em\">10. DO CONTROLE DE ACESSO<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Para o acesso do usu\u00e1rio aos servi\u00e7os do Restaurante Universit\u00e1rio, o mesmo dever\u00e1 conter MATRICULA ATIVA, SENHA pessoal e intransfer\u00edvel de 04 d\u00edgitos num\u00e9ricos (SIGAA &#8211;&gt; BIBLIOTECA &#8211;&gt; CADASTRAR PARA UTILIZAR OS SERVI\u00c7OS DA BIBLIOTECA) e FOTO atual e bem focada em seu SIGAA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #000080\"><b>COMUNIQUE-SE: SUGEST\u00d5ES E RECLAMA\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p
