Todos os discentes afetados devem enviar suas informa\u00e7\u00f5es e o comprovante banc\u00e1rio exclusivamente pelo link <a class=\"ng-star-inserted\" href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/1s6QsjhpW64GLeyV7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Formul\u00e1rio de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Banc\u00e1ria<\/a> at\u00e9 o dia <b data-path-to-node=\"3,2\" data-index-in-node=\"157\">10 de setembro de 2026, \u00e0s 23h59<\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"3,4\">.<\/span><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"4\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Regras e Crit\u00e9rios Obrigat\u00f3rios:<\/b><\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"5\"><li><p id=\"p-rc_8c4f0fe36ef6df16-30\" data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Titularidade:<\/b> A conta deve ser obrigatoriamente de titularidade do pr\u00f3prio discente (n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o aceitas contas banc\u00e1rias em nome de terceiros)<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0,2\">.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_8c4f0fe36ef6df16-31\" data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Institui\u00e7\u00f5es aceitas:<\/b> Ser\u00e3o aceitas contas correntes ou contas de pagamento mantidas <b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"85\">exclusivamente no Banco Inter ou Nubank<\/b><\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0,2\">.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_8c4f0fe36ef6df16-32\" data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Veda\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/b> N\u00c3O ser\u00e3o aceitas contas poupan\u00e7a nem contas destinadas ao recebimento de benef\u00edcios sociais do governo<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0,2\">.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_8c4f0fe36ef6df16-33\" data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Comprova\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b> \u00c9 obrigat\u00f3rio anexar comprovante banc\u00e1rio leg\u00edvel contendo nome, banco, ag\u00eancia e n\u00famero da conta<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,3,0,2\">.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p id=\"p-rc_8c4f0fe36ef6df16-34\" data-path-to-node=\"6\"><span data-path-to-node=\"6,0\"><i data-path-to-node=\"6,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Aten\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/i> Mesmo que voc\u00ea j\u00e1 tenha enviado e-mail anteriormente com o comprovante, o preenchimento do formul\u00e1rio \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio por ser o canal oficial de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,2\">. Caso ainda n\u00e3o tenha enviado e-mail, preencha diretamente o formul\u00e1rio<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"6,4\">.
