O preenchimento \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio e deve ser feito no Sistema Enamed<\/a><\/span> utilizando login \u00fanico do gov.br<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

ATEN\u00c7\u00c3O:<\/span><\/strong> a n\u00e3o conclus\u00e3o do question\u00e1rio deixar\u00e1 o estudante em situa\u00e7\u00e3o irregular, impedindo a emiss\u00e3o do diploma, al\u00e9m de ser um requisito para visualizar o local de prova no Cart\u00e3o de Confirma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, que ser\u00e1 disponibilizado em 4 de setembro<\/strong>.
