fun\u00e7\u00e3o de jurado (servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico relevante);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">pelo dobro dos dias de convoca\u00e7\u00e3o por servi\u00e7os prestados \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b style=\"font-family: Garamond, serif;font-size: 26px;font-style: normal;letter-spacing: -0.4px\">REQUISITOS B\u00c1SICOS<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Servidor ter sido convocado oficialmente para compor j\u00fari ou outros servi\u00e7os obrigat\u00f3rios por lei.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>COMO SOLICITAR<\/b><\/h2><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A solicita\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser feita <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">pelo servidor diretamente e exclusivamente pelo SouGov;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Acessar o site do SouGov ou baixar o aplicativo em seu celular (dispon\u00edvel no Google Play ou App Store);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Na p\u00e1gina inicial, no menu \u201cSolicita\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, escolher a op\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cInformar Afastamentos\u201d;\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tipo de Afastamento: J\u00fari e outros servi\u00e7os 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A aus\u00eancia ao servi\u00e7o deve ser previamente comunicada \u00e0 chefia imediata.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para que ocorra a dispensa pelo dobro dos dias de servi\u00e7os prestados \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral, dever\u00e1 ser apresentada declara\u00e7\u00e3o que comprove a presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os, conforme disposto no art. 98 da Lei n.\u00ba 9.504\/97.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Considera-se como dias de convoca\u00e7\u00e3o quaisquer eventos que a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral repute necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do pleito, incluindo-se treinamentos e prepara\u00e7\u00e3o ou montagem de locais de vota\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O direito de gozo do benef\u00edcio pressup\u00f5e a exist\u00eancia de v\u00ednculo com a institui\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e9poca da convoca\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio n\u00e3o tem prazo de prescri\u00e7\u00e3o e pode ser gozado a qualquer \u00e9poca, mediante pr\u00e9vio acordo com a chefia imediata.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As folgas podem ser gozadas em conjunto ou isoladamente, a depender do acordo feito com a chefia.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A aus\u00eancia pela presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral considera-se como de efetivo exerc\u00edcio.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Os dias de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o pela presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser convertidos em retribui\u00e7\u00e3o
