servidores da UNIFAP para a aposentadoria, favorecendo uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o planejada, saud\u00e1vel e com qualidade de vida.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Espec\u00edficos:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Elaborar o planejamento do Programa, incluindo reda\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, coleta dos dados e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ampliar o conhecimento dos servidores sobre os aspectos funcionais, previdenci\u00e1rios e financeiros relacionados \u00e0 aposentadoria;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Promover a reflex\u00e3o sobre as mudan\u00e7as pessoais, profissionais, familiares e sociais decorrentes da transi\u00e7\u00e3o para a aposentadoria;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Estimular pr\u00e1ticas de promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e mental e de autocuidado para um envelhecimento saud\u00e1vel;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Favorecer a ressignifica\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho, da identidade e do uso do tempo na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de novas perspectivas para o per\u00edodo p\u00f3s-carreira;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Incentivar o planejamento de novos projetos e a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um projeto de vida para a <strong>encontros quinzenais conduzidos por equipe multiprofissional<\/strong>.
