As solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de f\u00e9rias n\u00e3o homologadas, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o processadas e, portanto, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o reconhecidas como formalizadas, comprometendo seu pagamento em pec\u00fania. A marca\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias no SouGov n\u00e3o desobriga o servidor do acompanhamento de sua solicita\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">O parcelamento requerido pelo servidor poder\u00e1 ser concedido pela chefia imediata que estabelecer\u00e1, em comum acordo, o n\u00famero de etapas e respectiva dura\u00e7\u00e3o, observado o interesse da administra\u00e7\u00e3o e o limite de at\u00e9 tr\u00eas etapas.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">Conforme Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 010\/2007-CONSU, as f\u00e9rias do corpo docente da Universidade Federal do Amap\u00e1 ser\u00e3o usufru\u00eddas durante os recessos acad\u00eamicos constantes no Calend\u00e1rio das Atividades docentes, de modo a assegurar o funcionamento cont\u00ednuo das atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extens\u00e3o, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o dos docentes em Cargos de Dire\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">O servidor, ao completar o primeiro per\u00edodo aquisitivo necess\u00e1rio \u00e0 solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias, conforme par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico do Art. 3\u00ba da IN 002\/2022\/PROGEP, poder\u00e1 a partir da data de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o efetuar a\u00a0programa\u00e7\u00e3o anual de f\u00e9rias, respeitando o respectivo calend\u00e1rio acad\u00eamico (se docente)\u00a0e cronograma mensal de f\u00e9rias divulgado mensalmente pela DIC\/PROGEP;\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\">O servidor que retornar de afastamento para participa\u00e7\u00e3o em programa de p\u00f3sgradua\u00e7\u00e3o Stricto Sensu, dever\u00e1 a partir da data de retorno,efetuar a programa\u00e7\u00e3o anual\u00a0de suas f\u00e9rias, respeitando o respectivo calend\u00e1rio acad\u00eamico (se docente) e cronograma\u00a0mensal de f\u00e9rias divulgado mensalmente pela DIC\/PROGEP;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0.6px\">\u00c9 vedada ao servidor em f\u00e9rias a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer atividade relativa ao cargo,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0.6px\">inclusive aos ocupantes de Cargo de Dire\u00e7\u00e3o e Fun\u00e7\u00e3o Gratificada, tendo em vista que o\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0.6px\">substituto oficial responde pelas atividades nesse per\u00edodo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0.6px\">\u00c9 de responsabilidade do docente\/t\u00e9cnico-administrativo realizar a inclus\u00e3o de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0.6px\">f\u00e9rias e cabe \u00e0 chefia imediata realizar a homologa\u00e7\u00e3o correspondente, observando o\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0.6px\">interesse da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e, sempre que poss\u00edvel, atendendo aos interesses do servidor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0.6px\">\u00c9 de inteira responsabilidade das chefias imediatas da unidade\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0.6px\">administrativa ou acad\u00eamica o controle de programa\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias dos docentes e\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0.6px\">t\u00e9cnicos-administrativos lotados na unidade sob sua chefia, procurando evitar a sa\u00edda em\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0.6px\">massa de for\u00e7a de trabalho, a fim de assegurar o cumprimento do princ\u00edpio da\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit;font-weight: inherit;letter-spacing: 0.6px\">continuidade do servi\u00e7o p\u00fablico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;font-weight: 400;letter-spacing: normal;font-size: 14px;color: #000000\">\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #000000;text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.6px;font-family: 'PT Sans', sans-serif;font-size: 12.8px\"><b>REPROGRAMA\u00c7\u00c3O E ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.6px;font-family: 'PT Sans', sans-serif;font-size: 12.8px\"><b><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">As altera\u00e7\u00f5es ou reprograma\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias dever\u00e3o ser feitas EXCLUSIVAMENTE via SouGov, com a devida homologa\u00e7\u00e3o da chefia imediata, com o prazo m\u00ednimo de 45 (quarenta e cinco) dias de anteced\u00eancia em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao in\u00edcio do novo per\u00edodo a ser gozado, respeitando o cronograma mensal de f\u00e9rias divulgado mensalmente pela DIC\/PROGEP e observando os prazos estabelecidos para que haja tempo h\u00e1bil para o processamento das informa\u00e7\u00f5es no SIAPE.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de altera\u00e7\u00f5es\/reprograma\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias pagas, j\u00e1 homologada e que estiverem fora do cronograma mensal de f\u00e9rias, somente e exclusivamente em casos excepcionais e com devida justificativa da chefia imediata, dever\u00e3o ser encaminhados via Processo Administrativo para a Divis\u00e3o de Cadastro e Provimento &#8211; DIC, antes de iniciar as f\u00e9rias e exclusivamente via SIPAC, atrav\u00e9s de processo administrativo instru\u00eddo da seguintes forma:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Interessado: NOME DO SERVIDOR<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tipo de Processo: REPROGRAMA\u00c7\u00c3O \/ ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O DE F\u00c9RIAS<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Tipo de documento: FORMUL\u00c1RIO DE ALTERA\u00c7\u00c3O DE F\u00c9RIAS<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Anexar o formul\u00e1rio de Altera\u00e7\u00e3o de F\u00e9rias ou Preencher o Modelo do SIPAC<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Processos Administrativos sem a devida justificativa, com requerimento sem assinatura ou sem os devidos anexos, ser\u00e3o devolvidos para a origem. Em nenhuma hip\u00f3tese ser\u00e1 aceito\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">memorando eletr\u00f4nico para altera\u00e7\u00f5es\/reprograma\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0<br \/><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: #000000;text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: 'PT Sans', sans-serif;font-size: 12.8px;font-style: normal\"><b>INTERRUP\u00c7\u00c3O<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: 'PT Sans', sans-serif;font-size: 12.8px;font-style: normal\"><b><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">A interrup\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias SOMENTE poder\u00e1 ser solicitada nos casos de <em>calamidade p\u00fablica, como\u00e7\u00e3o interna, convoca\u00e7\u00e3o para j\u00fari, servi\u00e7o militar ou eleitoral, ou por necessidade do servi\u00e7o com manifesto interesse da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica<\/em>, sendo de<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">compet\u00eancia da autoridade m\u00e1xima da Unifap a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da interrup\u00e7\u00e3o das f\u00e9rias.<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify\"><li><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">A interrup\u00e7\u00e3o de f\u00e9rias \u00e9 uma excepcionalidade e seu amparo legal est\u00e1 no Art. 80 da Lei n. 8.112\/1990;<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul style=\"text-align: justify\"><li><p><span style=\"color: #000000\">S\u00f3 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel a interrup\u00e7\u00e3o a partir do segundo
