O professor concorreu na categoria Fundamental II com o projeto Intitulado <u>\u201cReflorestar \u00e9 projetar o amanh\u00e3\u201d<\/u>, e ficou entre os dez melhores do Brasil.\n\nO projeto foi pr\u00e9-selecionado dentre setenta inscritos e concorreu a premia\u00e7\u00e3o na categoria Fundamental II, em n\u00edvel nacional, cujo evento de premia\u00e7\u00e3o acontece em S\u00e3o Paulo, entre 09 a 12 de maio, o Congresso Bett Brasil 2023, organizado pela Microsoft e pelo SEBRAE.\n\nSegundo o professor Adivair Ribeiro, o projeto foi desenvolvido com alunos do 6\u00ba ao 9\u00ba ano da Escola Municipal Joana Alfaia da Concei\u00e7\u00e3o, que fica localizada dentro da Reserva Extrativista Rio Cajari, cujo objetivo foi realizar a recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o florestal de \u00e1reas desmatadas. Houve a coleta de sementes de esp\u00e9cies nativas, produ\u00e7\u00e3o de quase 300 mudas e plantio junto com os alunos, de modo que, em todas as etapas que compreenderam a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, foram desenvolvidas atividades did\u00e1ticas relacionadas com as disciplinas pertinentes ao Fundamental II.\n\nO <strong>Pr\u00eamio Educador Transformador <\/strong>visa reconhecer o esfor\u00e7o de professores que, mesmo com dificuldades estruturais em suas escolas, conseguem realizar pr\u00e1ticas transformadoras na educa\u00e7\u00e3o.
