Tem a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de atender as demandas das reuni\u00f5es colegiadas, entre docentes e discentes, defesa de trabalhos, entre outras atividades administrativas.<\/span><\/p>

Como proceder para agendar a sala de reuni\u00f5es?<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Havendo disponibilidade de hor\u00e1rio \u00e9 poss\u00edvel realizar a reserva das seguintes formas:<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

1 –<\/b> Encaminhando a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o via memorando SIPAC para CCEELET. O memorando dever\u00e1 conter as seguintes informa\u00e7\u00f5es: nome do servidor que utilizar\u00e1 a sala, dados sobre o evento, dias e hor\u00e1rios de in\u00edcio e fim do evento.<\/span><\/p>\n

2 –<\/b> Atrav\u00e9s do email: eletrica@unifap.br<\/span><\/p>\n
