aproveitamento de disciplinas em outras IES.<\/p><p><strong>Documenta\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para cr\u00e9dito de disciplina:<\/strong><\/p><p>1 &#8211; Ementa da disciplina na UNIFAP; <br \/>2 &#8211; Ementa da disciplina da IES na qual foi realizada*; <br \/>3 &#8211; Hist\u00f3rico do discente na UNIFAP; <br \/>4 &#8211; Hist\u00f3rico do discente na IES na qual foi
