 <\/p>\n

 – O ENADE (Exame Nacional de Desempenho de Estudantes) \u00e9 uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o aplicada pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (MEC) que tem como objetivo avaliar como as universidades preparam os estudantes para o mercado de trabalho. A finalidade do ENADE pode ser dividida em 4 pilares fundamentais:<\/p>\n

 – Avaliar como os estudantes aprenderam os conte\u00fados program\u00e1ticos, habilidades e compet\u00eancias previstos nas diretrizes curriculares dos cursos estabelecidos pelo MEC.<\/p>\n

– Verificar se os cursos t\u00eam uma boa qualidade a partir do desempenho dos estudantes e outros indicadores, como a infraestrutura de laborat\u00f3rios e salas de aula, bibliotecas e por meio da an\u00e1lise do n\u00edvel de forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos docentes1.<\/p>\n

-Produzir dados a fim de auxiliar as pr\u00f3prias institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino superior a realizar autoavalia\u00e7\u00e3o e melhorias na oferta dos cursos.<\/p>\n

– Conferir material, na forma de estat\u00edsticas, para o MEC implementar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para melhorar a qualidade do ensino superior no Brasil.<\/p>\n

O ENADE \u00e9 importante tanto para os alunos quanto para as institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino superior (IES). Para os alunos, o resultado do ENADE interfere na rotina do aluno desde o momento em que ele escolhe em qual IES ingressar2. Al\u00e9m disso, o mercado de trabalho tamb\u00e9m fica de olho nas melhores avalia\u00e7\u00f5es do ENADE, e empresas que buscam novos funcion\u00e1rios para sua equipe desejam se associar \u00e0s IES mais bem conceituadas. <\/p>\n

Em resumo, o ENADE \u00e9 uma ferramenta importante para avaliar a qualidade do ensino superior no Brasil e auxiliar na melhoria cont\u00ednua das institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino superior e na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o dos estudantes para o mercado de trabalho. \u00c9 fundamental que todos os envolvidos compreendam sua import\u00e2ncia e se empenhem para obter bons resultados.<\/p>\n
