Para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o desse cadastro devem ser informados os seguintes dados:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Tipo do Despacho<\/b>: indica o teor do despacho, podendo ser:\n<ul>\n<li>Decis\u00f3rio:&nbsp;\u00c9 aquele que d\u00e1 solu\u00e7\u00e3o ao que foi submetido \u00e0 autoridade e p\u00f5e termo \u00e0 quest\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Informativo:&nbsp;\u00c9 aquele de car\u00e1ter ordinat\u00f3rio ou de mero expediente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Servidor Respons\u00e1vel pelo Despacho<\/b>: servidor que ir\u00e1 realizar a autentica\u00e7\u00e3o do despacho;<\/li>\n<li><b>P\u00fablico<\/b>: indica se o despacho ser\u00e1 vis\u00edvel por todas unidades onde tramita o processo ou, caso contr\u00e1rio, apenas na sua unidade;<\/li>\n<li><b>Notificar por E-mail<\/b>: indica se os interessados do processo dever\u00e3o ser notificados do despacho via e-mail. Para os interessados servidores da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 enviada uma notifica\u00e7\u00e3o para os chefes de sua unidade de lota\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li><b>Forma do Despacho<\/b>: indica se o despacho ser\u00e1 informado manualmente ou por via de um arquivo anexado referente a ele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: red\"><b>Aten\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b>&nbsp;<\/span>Caso o sr(a). seja o respons\u00e1vel pelo despacho que est\u00e1 sendo cadastrado, o mesmo j\u00e1 ser\u00e1 autenticado, caso contr\u00e1rio, o despacho s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel de ser visualizado ap\u00f3s a autentica\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica do servidor respons\u00e1vel no Portal Administrativo -&gt;
