A jornada de atividade em est\u00e1gio ser\u00e1 definida de comum acordo entre a institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ensino, a parte concedente e o aluno estagi\u00e1rio ou seu representante legal, devendo constar do termo de compromisso ser compat\u00edvel com as atividades escolares e n\u00e3o ultrapassar:&nbsp;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;color: #495057;font-family: '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: times, serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\"><em>I \u2013 4 (quatro) horas di\u00e1rias e 20 (vinte) horas semanais, no caso de estudantes de educa\u00e7\u00e3o especial e dos anos finais do ensino fundamental, na modalidade profissional de educa\u00e7\u00e3o de jovens e adultos;&nbsp;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;color: #495057;font-family: '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: times, serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\"><em>II \u2013 6 (seis) horas di\u00e1rias e 30 (trinta) horas semanais, no caso de estudantes do ensino superior, da educa\u00e7\u00e3o profissional de n\u00edvel m\u00e9dio e do ensino m\u00e9dio regular.&nbsp;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;color: #495057;font-family: '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"font-family: times, serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\"><em>\u00a7 1<u><span style=\"line-height: 0;vertical-align: baseline\">o<\/span><\/u>&nbsp; O est\u00e1gio relativo a cursos que alternam teoria e pr\u00e1tica, nos per\u00edodos em que n\u00e3o est\u00e3o programadas aulas presenciais, poder\u00e1 ter jornada de at\u00e9 40 (quarenta) horas semanais, desde que isso esteja previsto no projeto pedag\u00f3gico do curso e da institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ensino.&nbsp;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;color: #495057;font-family: '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 15px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 1rem;color: #495057;font-family: '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, Roboto, Arial, sans-serif;font-size: 15px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: times, serif;font-size: 12pt;color: #000000\">A soma das cargas hor\u00e1rias considera as datas de in\u00edcio e t\u00e9rmino do TCE. Logo, se existir um \u00fanico dia em que a soma das cargas hor\u00e1rias ultrapassar o limite, o sistema exibir\u00e1 mensagem de erro.&nbsp;<span style=\"background-color: #eeff00\"><strong>Ou seja, o(a) discente s\u00f3 poder\u00e1 realizar mais uma matr\u00edcula na disciplina de est\u00e1gio, ap\u00f3s ter conclu\u00eddo uma ATIVIDADE, e entregar o relat\u00f3rio ao orientador(a)<\/strong><\/span>.
