Pesquisadores das diversas \u00e1reas, incluindo os docentes do curso de Matem\u00e1tica Dra. Simone Leal, Me. Neylan Dias e Me. Edcarlos Vasconcelos<\/strong>, publicaram uma pesquisa intitulada PREDI\u00c7\u00c3O DA PROPAGA\u00c7\u00c3O DO SARS-COV-2 NO ESTADO DO AMAP\u00c1, AMAZ\u00d4NIA, BRASIL, POR MODELAGEM MATEM\u00c1TICA<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

No artigo, foram utilizados modelos epidemiol\u00f3gicos, como o SIR e vSIR. As simula\u00e7\u00f5es mostraram previs\u00f5es para intervalos de 7 a 10 dias, consideradas boas estimativas para a tomada de medidas de preven\u00e7\u00e3o pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes.<\/p>\n

Participaram do estudo os pesquisadores: Neylan Leal,  Edcarlos Vasconcelos, Marcelo Amanajas Pires, Daniel Chaves, Katsumi Sanada, Amanda Alves Fecury, Cl\u00e1udio Alberto Gellis de Mattos Dias, Euz\u00e9bio de Oliveira, Carla Viana Dendasck e Simone Delphim Leal. Al\u00e9m de docentes da UNIFAP, tamb\u00e9m participaram da pesquisa professores do Instituto Federal do Amap\u00e1 (IFAP) e Universidade Federal do Par\u00e1 (UFPA).<\/p>\n
