universit\u00e1ria e da sociedade em geral, atuando como canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre os cidad\u00e3os e a administra\u00e7\u00e3o da universidade.<\/p><p>A Ouvidoria tem como finalidade promover a participa\u00e7\u00e3o social, a transpar\u00eancia administrativa, a melhoria dos servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos e a defesa dos direitos dos usu\u00e1rios, contribuindo para o aperfei\u00e7oamento da gest\u00e3o universit\u00e1ria.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-3962\" servi\u00e7os ou procedimentos institucionais;<\/li><li>Den\u00fancias de irregularidades;<\/li><li>Solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de provid\u00eancias;<\/li><li>Sugest\u00f5es para melhoria das atividades da universidade;<\/li><li>Elogios a servidores, setores ou iniciativas institucionais;<\/li><li>Pedidos de simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o de processos administrativos;<\/li><li>Demandas relacionadas ao acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul><p>Nas universidades federais, as Ouvidorias integram o sistema de ouvidorias do Poder Executivo Federal e costumam atuar em conformidade com a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o federal sobre participa\u00e7\u00e3o, prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos usu\u00e1rios de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos e transpar\u00eancia
