Entre os dias 10 a 14 de novembro de 2014 a professora Ms. Carina Santos de Almeida (Licenciatura Intercultural Ind\u00edgena \u2013 UNIFAP, Oiapoque) apresentou sua ponencia Povos Ind\u00edgenas no Brasil e a Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Tutelar \u00e0s avessas: o Relat\u00f3rio Figueiredo e as m\u00faltiplas faces da \u2018prote\u00e7\u00e3o\u2019 e \u2018assist\u00eancia\u2019 ao povo Kaingang<\/i> e tamb\u00e9m coordenou juntamente com os professores Dr. Clovis Antonio Brighenti (Hist\u00f3ria \u2013 UNILA, Foz do Igua\u00e7\u00fa) e Dra. Ana L\u00facia Vulfe N\u00f6tzold (PPGH-UFSC, Florian\u00f3polis) o Simp\u00f3sio Tem\u00e1tico <\/b>Protagonismo Ind\u00edgena Latino-Americano: contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para a Hist\u00f3ria Ind\u00edgena e para a Etno-Hist\u00f3ria<\/i>.<\/p>\n

O simp\u00f3sio reuniu 13 pesquisadores da tem\u00e1tica da Hist\u00f3ria Ind\u00edgena e Etno-Hist\u00f3ria de diversos lugares da Am\u00e9rica Latina e como produto publicar\u00e1 na Revista Internacional Di\u00e1logo Andino os melhores artigos das apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es. O Simp\u00f3sio procurou estabelecer di\u00e1logos interinstitucionais com pesquisadores de diversas universidades bem como articular rela\u00e7\u00f5es e redes de estudos e pesquisas sobre Hist\u00f3ria Ind\u00edgena e Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Escolar Ind\u00edgena. O X Congresso ocorrer\u00e1 em 2017 em Quito no Equador e os coordenadores promover\u00e3o a segunda edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Simp\u00f3sio.<\/p>\n
