O Front-Guianas visa analisar as cidades g\u00eameas da regi\u00e3o das Guianas, com foco em suas intera\u00e7\u00f5es socioecon\u00f4micas, pr\u00e1ticas de manejo florestal, dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as e vetores, e a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transfronteiri\u00e7a. S\u00e3o cinco os pares de cidades em evid\u00eancia: Saint Georges de lOyapock (GF\/FR) e Oiapoque (BR); Saint Laurent du Maroni (GF\/FR) e Albina (SR); Nieuw Nickerie (SR) e Corriverton (GUY); Lethem (GUY) e Bonfim (BR); Pacaraima (BR) e Santa Elena do Uair\u00e9n (VE). Nossa abordagem explora a geografia pol\u00edtica das cidades a partir de uma perspectiva multidisciplinar, unindo aspectos econ\u00f4micos, culturais, ambientais e de sa\u00fade. O projeto destaca-se pela originalidade ao adotar um olhar comparativo sobre as cidades g\u00eameas da regi\u00e3o das Guianas, ainda pouco exploradas na literatura. A metodologia proposta combina a coleta e an\u00e1lise de dados secund\u00e1rios com pesquisas de campo, incluindo entrevistas e grupos focais, proporcionando uma compreens\u00e3o mais aprofundada das din\u00e2micas locais. O Front-Guianas tem relev\u00e2ncia para o desenvolvimento cient\u00edfico, tecnol\u00f3gico e de inova\u00e7\u00e3o do Brasil, uma vez que os resultados podem oferecer balizas para pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de manejo florestal, controle de doen\u00e7as, desenvolvimento regional e coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transfronteiri\u00e7a. Al\u00e9m disso, o projeto prev\u00ea a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento gerado atrav\u00e9s de um plano de promo\u00e7\u00e3o e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica, aumentando a visibilidade do Brasil no cen\u00e1rio internacional da pesquisa geogr\u00e1fica. O m\u00e9rito do projeto reside em seu car\u00e1ter inovador e em sua contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para o avan\u00e7o da geografia pol\u00edtica, particularmente na interface entre geografia pol\u00edtica, sa\u00fade, economia e gest\u00e3o de recursos naturais. Na coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transfronteiri\u00e7a, h\u00e1 as intera\u00e7\u00f5es nas quais os pa\u00edses, em diferentes momentos, constru\u00edram pontes binacionais para fortalecer os mecanismos de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre pares de cidades fronteiri\u00e7as, as cidades g\u00eameas. Hoje, no Brasil, h\u00e1 pontes em doze cidades g\u00eameas. Nosso problema \u00e9: como a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transfronteiri\u00e7a e as a\u00e7\u00f5es em seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica sanit\u00e1ria t\u00eam sido tratadas nas cidades escolhidas para a pesquisa? Para tanto, nosso objetivo geral \u00e9 avaliar os temas de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o de maior destaque nas cidades g\u00eameas e as a\u00e7\u00f5es bilaterais na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade. Em termos espec\u00edficos, focaremos: i) na an\u00e1lise de quais temas e iniciativas mais se destacaram nos \u00faltimos 20 anos; e ii) na compreens\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica sanit\u00e1ria em consequ\u00eancia do novo coronav\u00edrus. A equipe \u00e9 formada, fundamentalmente, por docentes que trabalham em estados fronteiri\u00e7os do Brasil e onde h\u00e1 pontes binacionais. Des dispositifs rigides de contr\u00f4le se sont multipli\u00e9s dans le but de contenir le virus. A la fronti\u00e8re entre l?Etat br\u00e9silien de l?Amap\u00e1 et la collectivit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise d?outremer de Guyane, cette mani\u00e8re d?entraver la prolif\u00e9ration de la Covid-19 n?a gu\u00e8re \u00e9t\u00e9 diff\u00e9rente, et sa fermeture n?a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 sans cr\u00e9er de probl\u00e8mes dans une zone de fronti\u00e8re int\u00e9gr\u00e9e par ses interactions spatiales, m\u00eame s?il s?agissait de la meilleure fa\u00e7on de diminuer les cas de contamination. Dans ce contexte, l?objectif de ce projet et d?analyser les impacts de la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 sur la circulation transfrontali\u00e8re entre l?Amap\u00e1 et la Guyane. Nesse sentido, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo modelo de vigil\u00e2ncia em sa\u00fade nas fronteiras que adote abordagens participativas, territorializadas e transfronteiri\u00e7as pode melhorar a performance da vigil\u00e2ncia nessas \u00e1reas e obter uma maior ader\u00eancia da popula\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s interven\u00e7\u00f5es propostas. Espera-se tamb\u00e9m a maior sustentabilidade das a\u00e7\u00f5es quando atores locais s\u00e3o incorporados desde o in\u00edcio dos processos, ou seja, na fase de diagn\u00f3stico e an\u00e1lise das situa\u00e7\u00f5es\/eventos de interesse, passando pela fase de planejamento e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es. Neste sentido, o projeto em foco tem o objetivo de realizar um estudo de interven\u00e7\u00e3o para constru\u00e7\u00e3o compartilhada de um novo modelo de vigil\u00e2ncia participativa e transfronteiri\u00e7a (VPT) nas zonas de fronteira entre o Brasil, a Col\u00f4mbia e o Peru e na zona de fronteira entre o Brasil e a Guiana Francesa apoiando-se em salas de situa\u00e7\u00e3o bi-tri-nacionais (Tabatinga-AM e Oiapoque-AP) para vigil\u00e2ncia e respostas epidemiol\u00f3gicas na fronteira. Les zones transfrontali\u00e8res et le littoral, qui repr\u00e9sentent les principaux espaces de d\u00e9veloppement du Territoire, sont en effet marqu\u00e9s par des dynamiques socio-spatiales tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes. A la fronti\u00e8re avec le Suriname, les projections d\u00e9mographiques de la d\u00e9cennie \u00e0 venir feront de la zone Mana-St Laurent-Apatou la sous-r\u00e9gion la plus peupl\u00e9e de Guyane, devant L&#8217;Ile de Cayenne. A l?ouest le fleuve Maroni, qui mat\u00e9rialise la fronti\u00e8re, est un espace d&#8217;\u00e9changes permanents, qui structurent et brassent les relations intercommunautaires. Les exigences de protection de l&#8217;environnement se confrontent \u00e0 la vocation d&#8217;espace-ressource pour les populations et pour les besoins de croissance et d?am\u00e9nagement de la r\u00e9gion, \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention des maladies vectorielles et \u00e0 la gestion raisonn\u00e9e des ressources naturelles. A l?est, face au voisin br\u00e9silien, le fleuve Oyapock partage des Parcs Nationaux et des espaces littoraux prot\u00e9g\u00e9s de part et d?autre de la fronti\u00e8re. L&#8217;ouverture progressive du pont de l?Oyapock impose la poursuite du suivi de ces espaces expos\u00e9s \u00e0 une pression encore mal contr\u00f4l\u00e9e sur les ressources foresti\u00e8res, aurif\u00e8res ou halieutiques. L\u00e0 aussi, face aux enjeux et aux besoins des populations, les gestionnaires du territoire doivent mettre en oeuvre des strat\u00e9gies publiques d?am\u00e9nagement et de d\u00e9veloppement adapt\u00e9s et durables. Plus largement, \u00e0 l?\u00e9chelle du Plateau des Guyanes, les probl\u00e9matiques environnementales sont similaires. Os estudos ser\u00e3o realizados com o uso de uma estrat\u00e9gia metodol\u00f3gica de etapas interdependentes, de uma pesquisa do tipo explorat\u00f3ria de car\u00e1ter qualitativo, que se desenvolve primeiramente a partir da coleta de dados com a pesquisa bibliogr\u00e1fica e documental e, consequentemente com a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho de campo pelo emprego da t\u00e9cnica da observa\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da t\u00e9cnica de intera\u00e7\u00e3o de grupo focal, para obten\u00e7\u00e3o de dados que ser\u00e3o analisados e posteriormente consubstanciados pelos referenciais te\u00f3ricos das tem\u00e1ticas principais que os estudos compreendem, que culminar\u00e3o com a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho dissertativo. A fronteira, em linhas gerais, \u00e9 um per\u00edmetro instaurado por um poder pol\u00edtico cujo interesse e a\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o o de se afirmar e se distinguir de outras entidades territoriais igualmente soberanas. O limite, por outro lado, \u00e9 a marca divis\u00f3ria de dois sistemas pol\u00edticos soberanos. Agnew, Michell e Toal (2003) sugerem que a principal diferen\u00e7a entre os estudos tradicionais sobre fronteira, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s reflex\u00f5es mais recentes, \u00e9 que aqueles visavam, sobretudo, as an\u00e1lises emp\u00edricas ou a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o concreta das perspectivas utilizadas para a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas, enquanto estes recentes enfatizam, examinam e\/ou teorizam sobre as principais categorias sociais e pol\u00edticas, como Estado, na\u00e7\u00e3o, nacionalismo, territorialidade, identidade ou etnia. Ambas as abordagens sobre fronteira ainda s\u00e3o muito relevantes hoje, pois as quest\u00f5es cl\u00e1ssicas permanecem, e as que surgiram merecem tamb\u00e9m aten\u00e7\u00e3o e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, como bem mostra a literatura atual (NEWMAN, 2003; 2006ab; KOLOSSOV, 2005). As cidades-g\u00eameas, ou seja, conjuntos de cidades de dois ou mais pa\u00edses que interagem na zona de fronteira, constituem uma das bases aos estudos de fronteira.Vladimir Kolossov (2005) elaborou um artigo sobre as perspectivas hist\u00f3rico-geogr\u00e1ficas dos estudos sobre fronteira. O autor desdobrou em seis campos esquem\u00e1ticos (est\u00e1gio\/per\u00edodo, aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o dominante e m\u00e9todo, conte\u00fado, concep\u00e7\u00e3o central e realiza\u00e7\u00e3o, autores e aplica\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas) o desenvolvimento dos estudos fronteiri\u00e7os na sequ\u00eancia de quatro est\u00e1gios. Dentre os v\u00e1rios enfoques apresentados pelo autor, destacamos o enfoque geopol\u00edtico a partir do qual o conte\u00fado-chave corresponde aos impactos da globaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e da integra\u00e7\u00e3o das fronteiras pol\u00edticas, fornecendo elementos essenciais para os objetivos de nosso texto. Estes mecanismos de confer\u00eancias e palestras virtuais est\u00e3o no centro desta a\u00e7\u00e3o para que pesquisadores de v\u00e1rias partes do Brasil e de outros pa\u00edses estimulem o debate e a pesquisa em diversos campos do conhecimento, em especial os estudos de fronteira. Resumo: Com as implica\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00f3cio-espaciais estabelecidas por conta do novo coronav\u00edrus, as universidades brasileiras pararam suas atividades presenciais ao mesmo tempo em que procuram se reinventar com o uso de m\u00eddias digitais, prevendo mudan\u00e7as profundas no futuro da humanidade e nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es interpessoais. Neste caso, o uso da internet e de plataformas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o passaram a ocupar um papel chave na rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre docentes, discentes e sociedade civil. As chamadas lives e os webin\u00e1rios surgiram como uma forma de continuidade das intera\u00e7\u00f5es psicossom\u00e1ticas entre os seres humanos. A iniciativa Conhecimento e Fronteira segue esta l\u00f3gica, de modo que docentes do curso de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Internacionais e do Mestrado em Estudos de Fronteira da UNIFAP (PPGEF-UNIFAP) e outros interessados estabele\u00e7am um canal perene de di\u00e1logo com a sociedade para expor ideias e an\u00e1lises sobre temas importantes do cotidiano, da pol\u00edtica, economia, sa\u00fade e tantos outros relevantes em tempos de isolamento social. Des dispositifs rigides de contr\u00f4le se sont multipli\u00e9s dans le but de contenir le virus. A la fronti\u00e8re entre l?Etat br\u00e9silien de l?Amap\u00e1 et la collectivit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise d?outremer de Guyane, cette mani\u00e8re d?entraver la prolif\u00e9ration de la Covid-19 n?a gu\u00e8re \u00e9t\u00e9 diff\u00e9rente, et sa fermeture n?a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 sans cr\u00e9er de probl\u00e8mes dans une zone de fronti\u00e8re int\u00e9gr\u00e9e par ses interactions spatiales, m\u00eame s?il s?agissait de la meilleure fa\u00e7on de diminuer les cas de contamination. Dans ce contexte, l?objectif de ce projet et d?analyser les impacts de la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19 sur la circulation transfrontali\u00e8re entre l?Amap\u00e1 et la Guyane. Notre probl\u00e9matique est : de quelle mani\u00e8re la dynamique de la circulation transfrontali\u00e8re a-t-elle \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9e par la pand\u00e9mie ? Na coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transfronteiri\u00e7a, h\u00e1 as intera\u00e7\u00f5es nas quais os pa\u00edses, em diferentes momentos, constru\u00edram pontes binacionais para fortalecer os mecanismos de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre pares de cidades fronteiri\u00e7as, as cidades g\u00eameas. Hoje, no Brasil, h\u00e1 pontes em doze cidades g\u00eameas. Nosso problema \u00e9: como a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transfronteiri\u00e7a e as a\u00e7\u00f5es em seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica sanit\u00e1ria t\u00eam sido tratadas nas cidades escolhidas para a pesquisa? Para tanto, nosso objetivo geral \u00e9 avaliar os temas de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o de maior destaque nas cidades g\u00eameas e as a\u00e7\u00f5es bilaterais na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade. Em termos espec\u00edficos, focaremos: i) na an\u00e1lise de quais temas e iniciativas mais se destacaram nos \u00faltimos 20 anos; e ii) na compreens\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica sanit\u00e1ria em consequ\u00eancia do novo coronav\u00edrus. A equipe \u00e9 formada, fundamentalmente, por docentes que trabalham em estados fronteiri\u00e7os do Brasil e onde h\u00e1 pontes binacionais. Eles possuem experi\u00eancia com estudos fronteiri\u00e7os e trabalham em Programas de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o que t\u00eam as fronteiras internacionais como objeto relevante de an\u00e1lise. Al\u00e9m disso, cada pesquisador(a) possui especificidades em linhas de pesquisa que, no conjunto, demonstram ser plenamente poss\u00edvel executar as a\u00e7\u00f5es propostas. O Front-Guianas visa analisar as cidades g\u00eameas da regi\u00e3o das Guianas, com foco em suas intera\u00e7\u00f5es socioecon\u00f4micas, pr\u00e1ticas de manejo florestal, dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o de doen\u00e7as e vetores, e a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transfronteiri\u00e7a. S\u00e3o cinco os pares de cidades em evid\u00eancia: Saint Georges de lOyapock (GF\/FR) e Oiapoque (BR); Saint Laurent du Maroni (GF\/FR) e Albina (SR); Nieuw Nickerie (SR) e Corriverton (GUY); Lethem (GUY) e Bonfim (BR); Pacaraima (BR) e Santa Elena do Uair\u00e9n (VE). Na coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transfronteiri\u00e7a, h\u00e1 as intera\u00e7\u00f5es nas quais os pa\u00edses, em diferentes momentos, constru\u00edram pontes binacionais para fortalecer os mecanismos de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre pares de cidades fronteiri\u00e7as, as cidades g\u00eameas. Hoje, no Brasil, h\u00e1 pontes em doze cidades g\u00eameas. Nosso problema \u00e9: como a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o transfronteiri\u00e7a e as a\u00e7\u00f5es em seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica sanit\u00e1ria t\u00eam sido tratadas nas cidades escolhidas para a pesquisa? Para tanto, nosso objetivo geral \u00e9 avaliar os temas de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o de maior destaque nas cidades g\u00eameas e as a\u00e7\u00f5es bilaterais na \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade. Em termos espec\u00edficos, focaremos: i) na an\u00e1lise de quais temas e iniciativas mais se destacaram nos \u00faltimos 20 anos; e ii) na compreens\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica sanit\u00e1ria em consequ\u00eancia do novo coronav\u00edrus. A equipe \u00e9 formada, fundamentalmente, por docentes que trabalham em estados fronteiri\u00e7os do Brasil e onde h\u00e1 pontes binacionais. Eles possuem experi\u00eancia com estudos fronteiri\u00e7os e trabalham em Programas de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o que t\u00eam as fronteiras internacionais como objeto relevante de an\u00e1lise.
