Andreza Pantoja Smith (UFPA)<\/p><p><strong>Resumo: <\/strong>O prop\u00f3sito desta pesquisa \u00e9 compreender em que a medida pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de sa\u00fade no Amap\u00e1 tem se traduzido em reconhecimento da mulher trans amapaense, \u00e0 luz da teoria de reconhecimento de Honneth, como medida de justi\u00e7a e inclus\u00e3o social. A t\u00edtulo de hip\u00f3tese a insufici\u00eancia e fragmenta\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es institucionais relacionadas \u00e0s mulheres trans n\u00e3o representam apenas limita\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas, mas refletem d\u00e9ficits de reconhecimento e fragilidades institucionais que dificultam a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o de direitos para as transmulheres, deixando ainda de incorporar adequadamente as especificidades da identidade trans. H\u00e1 reconhecimento normativo enunciado, mas reconhecimento institucional ainda fr\u00e1gil. A pesquisa possui por objetivos espec\u00edficos: a) compreender a gram\u00e1tica social da mulher trans, situando sua subjetividade e suas vulnerabilidades partir dos estudos transviados e decoloniais; b) situar o debate entre direito e pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, com enfoque na pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de sa\u00fade e no reconhecimento das sujeitas historicamente vulnerabilizadas \u00e0 luz da teoria de justi\u00e7a de Honneth; c) estabelecer um di\u00e1logo cr\u00edtico entre os resultados da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o emp\u00edrica sobre a pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica de sa\u00fade para a mulher trans amapaense e a promo\u00e7\u00e3o de seu reconhecimento. Para tanto adotou abordagem qualitativa, interdisciplinar e jur\u00eddico-sociol\u00f3gica, inserida no campo de Direito e Pol\u00edticas P\u00fablicas (DPP), articulando perspectivas do Direito, dos estudos de g\u00eanero e sexualidade e dos estudos transviados, problematizando e pensando a justi\u00e7a social por uma perspectiva de g\u00eanero e apresentando o reconhecimento e o pensamento cr\u00edtico decolonial como instrumentos poss\u00edveis de resist\u00eancia, de exist\u00eancia e de problematiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos contextos sociais, como forma de transpor fronteiras e construir uma epistemologia pr\u00f3pria da Amaz\u00f4nia.
