Liana Amin Lima da Silva &#8211; professora de Direitos Humanos e Fronteiras da Faculdade de Direito e Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Internacionais (FADIRI) e do PPG em Fronteiras e Direitos Humanos (PPGFDH\/ UFGD) e media\u00e7\u00e3o das professoras Dra. Daize Fernanda Wagner do curso de Direito e do PPG em Estudos de Fronteiras (UNIFAP) e Msc. Juliana Monteiro Pedro do curso de direito da UNIFAP e doutoranda em direito pela PUC\/PR.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">O professor Carlos Frederico possui doutorado em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Paran\u00e1 (1998 &#8211; Direito dos Povos Ind\u00edgenas) Integra o Programa de Mestrado e Doutorado da Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica do Paran\u00e1, onde \u00e9 professor titular de Direito Agr\u00e1rio e Socioambiental. E atualmente \u00e9 l\u00edder do Grupo de Pesquisa &#8220;Meio Ambiente: sociedades tradicionais e sociedade hegem\u00f4nica&#8221;.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">A professora Liana Amin Lima da Silva \u00e9 P\u00f3s-doutoranda em Direito e Doutora em Direito Socioambiental (PUCPR), com est\u00e1gio de doutorado na Universidad Nacional de Colombia (UNAL, Bogot\u00e1), desenvolveu pesquisa sobre a Conven\u00e7\u00e3o 169 da OIT e o direito de consulta e consentimento livre pr\u00e9vio e informado na Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/div>\n<div
