A revista publica textos cuja relev\u00e2ncia reside na contribui\u00e7\u00e3o original e in\u00e9dita ao debate historiogr\u00e1fico atual. Seu tem\u00e1rio \u00e9 extenso: lutas e movimentos socioculturais; fontes, teorias e m\u00e9todos de pesquisa e ensino em Hist\u00f3ria; crises econ\u00f4micas e diferentes tipos de revolu\u00e7\u00f5es; trabalhadores e mundos do trabalho; religi\u00e3o e religiosidades; poder e campo pol\u00edtico; e outros. Ela est\u00e1 aberta a colabora\u00e7\u00f5es do Brasil e do exterior, a estudos interdisciplinares e a dossi\u00eas que tangenciem, a partir de diferentes perspectivas, o mesmo tema.
