Para tanto, foram formados seis grupos de trabalho para discutirem os seguintes eixos tem\u00e1ticos: Gest\u00e3o das resid\u00eancias em sa\u00fade; Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos preceptores, tutores e coordenadores dos programas de resid\u00eancias em sa\u00fade; Necessidades de Sa\u00fade e resid\u00eancias; Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos residentes; Aspectos pedag\u00f3gicos nas resid\u00eancias em sa\u00fade; e, Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos programas de resid\u00eancia em sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>Durante as discuss\u00f5es, nos grupos de trabalho, foram formuladas v\u00e1rias propostas para comporem a minuta da Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Resid\u00eancias em Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>Os professores informaram que o evento foi de grande relev\u00e2ncia com discuss\u00f5es ricas e democr\u00e1ticas envolvendo representantes dos coordenadores, tutores, preceptores de v\u00e1rios programas de resid\u00eancia profissional em sa\u00fade de todos os Estados da federa\u00e7\u00e3o e foi um importante
