NOTA INFORMATIVA PARA OS BENEFICI\u00c1RIOS DO AUX\u00cdLIO MORADIA<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Informamos aos benefici\u00e1rios do aux\u00edlio moradia do PNAES,<\/strong> que para fins de comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de pagamento de aluguel, dever\u00e1 ser apresentado no comprovante contendo os seguintes itens:<\/span><\/h4>\n

  1. \n

    RG ( Locador e Locat\u00e1rio) – Retificado a partir de 09\/07\/2019\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  2. \n

    CPF (Locador e Locat\u00e1rio) – Retificado a partir de 09\/07\/2019<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  3. \n

    CNPJ\u00a0 – (No caso de locador pessoa jur\u00eddica) – Para comprovantes entregues a partir de 07\/2019<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  4. \n

    Endere\u00e7o completo do aluguel<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  5. \n

    Nome completo do Locat\u00e1rio<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  6. \n

    Nome completo e assinatura do Locador (em caso de comprovante em promiss\u00f3ria)<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  7. \n

    Data de pagamento do aluguel<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n
  8. \n

    M\u00eas referente do aluguel<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Ressaltamos que somente ser\u00e3o deferidos comprovantes contendo todas essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es. O prazo de entrega do comprovante \u00e9 at\u00e9 o dia 10 do m\u00eas referente ao pagamento<\/strong>. Nos casos, em que o comprovante de aluguel tiver alguma pend\u00eancia e for encaminhado dentro do prazo, s\u00f3 poderemos proceder com a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de pagamento do aux\u00edlio mediante a corre\u00e7\u00e3o da pend\u00eancia e encaminhamento do comprovante corrigido, ressalta-se que neste \u00faltimo caso, que o benefici\u00e1rio assumir\u00e1 o risco do seu pagamento atrasar.<\/span><\/h4>\n

    Esta nota passa a vigorar para os comprovantes de aluguel encaminhados a partir da data de 12 de junho de 2019<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n
