A paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o foi necess\u00e1ria devido ao encerramento do contrato com a empresa anterior, ocorrido em 31 de julho de 2026, e para viabilizar o processo de transi\u00e7\u00e3o para a nova empresa contratada<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"4,4\">. Este per\u00edodo foi essencial para a conclus\u00e3o dos procedimentos administrativos e operacionais necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 retomada segura dos servi\u00e7os<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"4,6\">.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"p-rc_e1b36fc4b0f5cb58-37\" data-path-to-node=\"5\"><span data-path-to-node=\"5,0\">Com a reabertura, o fornecimento de refei\u00e7\u00f5es voltar\u00e1 a atender os estudantes e demais usu\u00e1rios habilitados, seguindo rigorosamente as normas, os crit\u00e9rios e os procedimentos estabelecidos pela Universidade<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,2\">.<\/span><\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Para marcar o retorno, a nova gest\u00e3o do RU preparou um card\u00e1pio especial. No dia da inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o (24\/08), as refei\u00e7\u00f5es principais contar\u00e3o com:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"7\"><li><p id=\"p-rc_e1b36fc4b0f5cb58-38\" data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Almo\u00e7o:<\/b>\u00a0Chapa mista (carne, frango e toscana de frango) ou fil\u00e9zinho de soja com legumes (op\u00e7\u00e3o vegetariana)<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0,2\">. Como guarni\u00e7\u00e3o, ser\u00e1 servido feij\u00e3o tropeiro, al\u00e9m de arroz, feij\u00e3o, salada crua e fruta de sobremesa<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0,4\">.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_e1b36fc4b0f5cb58-39\" data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Jantar:<\/b>\u00a0Escondidinho de carne ou escondidinho de soja (op\u00e7\u00e3o vegetariana)<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,2\">. Os acompanhamentos incluem farofa, arroz, caldo de ovos, torrada, salada crua e sobremesa programada<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0,4\">.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p id=\"p-rc_e1b36fc4b0f5cb58-40\" data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0\"><span data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Desjejum:<\/b>\u00a0Caf\u00e9 puro, achocolatado ou suco, p\u00e3o franc\u00eas, ovos mexidos, manteiga, bolo formigueiro e fruta<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,2,0,2\">.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p id=\"p-rc_e1b36fc4b0f5cb58-41\" data-path-to-node=\"8\"><span data-path-to-node=\"8,0\">A PROEAC e o DACE agradecem a compreens\u00e3o de toda a comunidade acad\u00eamica durante o per\u00edodo em que as atividades estiveram suspensas<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"8,2\">.
