UNIFAP<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/proap\/files\/2016\/10\/Ordem-de-Servi%C3%A7o-03-2015-Unifap.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">ORDEM DE SERVI\u00c7O N\u00ba 003\/2005\/UNIFAP<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #ff0000\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/propespg\/files\/2017\/12\/Formulario-e-di\u00e1rias-e-Passagens.xls\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/propespg\/files\/2017\/12\/DI\u00c1RIAS-E-PASSAGENS-Formul\u00e1rio-de-Solicita\u00e7\u00e3o1.doc\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;text-decoration: underline\">Formul\u00e1rio de Solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de Di\u00e1rias e Passagens<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #ff0000\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www2.unifap.br\/propespg\/files\/2017\/12\/Formulario-e-di\u00e1rias-e-Passagens1.xls\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;text-decoration: underline\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong style=\"color: #000000;text-decoration: underline\">PRESTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE CONTAS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">IN SLTI\/MP N\u00ba 3, DE 2015<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">PORTARIA MP N\u00ba 249, DE 2012<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000\">A presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas do afastamento dever\u00e1 ser realizada por meio do SCDP, no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 5 (cinco) dias, contados do retorno da viagem, mediante a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos bilhetes ou canhotos dos cart\u00f5es de embarque, em original ou segunda via, ou recibo do passageiro obtido quando da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do check in via internet, ou a declara\u00e7\u00e3o fornecida pela companhia a\u00e9rea, bem como por meio do registro eletr\u00f4nico da situa\u00e7\u00e3o da passagem no SCDP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"> As presta\u00e7\u00f5es de contas das viagens autorizadas nos termos previsto no Decreto n\u00ba 7.689, de 2012, podem ser analisadas e finalizadas no Sistema de Concess\u00e3o de Di\u00e1rias e Passagens &#8211;
