A finalidade da pr\u00e1tica de est\u00e1gio supervisionado \u00e9 a de desenvolver em cada estudante dos cursos de licenciaturas<\/b> n\u00e3o apenas a compreens\u00e3o das teorias estudadas durante a gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, mas tamb\u00e9m sua aplicabilidade e a reflex\u00e3o sobre a pr\u00e1tica que se inicia neste momento, instrumentalizando o professor em forma\u00e7\u00e3o para a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade e a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da cidadania pelos seus estudantes.<\/div>
O est\u00e1gio curricular obrigat\u00f3rio que \u00e9 uma atividade assegurada na matriz curricular do curso<\/b>, cuja pr\u00e1tica varia de acordo com o curso e pode ser realizada em organiza\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, privadas, organiza\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o governamentais ou atrav\u00e9s de programas permanentes de extens\u00e3o da universidade.<\/div>
O Est\u00e1gio supervisionado constitui uma das etapas mais importantes na vida acad\u00eamica dos alunos de licenciatura<\/b> e, cumprindo as exig\u00eancias da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional (LDBEN), proporcionando ao licenciado o dom\u00ednio de instrumentos te\u00f3ricos e pr\u00e1ticos imprescind\u00edveis \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o de suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es; Desenvolver habilidades, h\u00e1bitos e atitudes relacionados ao exerc\u00edcio da doc\u00eancia e criar condi\u00e7\u00f5es para que os estagi\u00e1rios atuem com maior seguran\u00e7a e vis\u00e3o cr\u00edtica em seu espa\u00e7o de trabalho.<\/div><\/div><\/div>
