A matr\u00edcula iniciou \u00e0s 10h do dia 12\/07\/2021 e segue at\u00e9 \u00e0s 23h59 do 30\/07\/2021. \u00c9 recomendado uso de computador, para preenchimento do Formul\u00e1rio Eletr\u00f4nico, para evitar eventuais falhas, seguindo o cronograma de matr\u00edcula estabelecido pelo DERCA.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O candidato deve encaminhar arquivo em formato PDF (verso e anverso), um arquivo para cada documento, dos seguintes documentos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Documento de Identidade: RG, ou carteiras funcionais que, por Lei Federal, valem como identidade.
